C2PSG was founded in 2004 by Dan Cochran, an independent consultant, to facilitate consulting contracts.  Dan has over 50 years of business and technology consulting experience.  He has serviced business needs ranging from deep technical to cutting edge information technology, support, sales, training, marketing, product management, solution architecting, financial services, and business management.

Recently, Dan completed an engagement with a Fortune 500 company to help analyze, improve, and automate processes for a sales management application.  This was done while the company acquired a similar size competitor and merged the two sales management systems.  On that engagement, Dan worked with teams ranging from application R&D to V.P.-level management.  This included working closely with product management, sales, and support.  Upon completion of that contract, Dan provided company management with a list of opportunities for further enhancement, automation, and orchestration of their sales management application.

Over the next several years, Dan looks forward to developing a team of professionals that can help businesses thrive.  In addition to the services he's been providing, he sees opportunity to help businesses raise much needed funding when traditional funding mechanisms are not available or are insufficient.  This includes recent government authorized crowdfunding and Mini-IPO options.
